Shipping & Handling
Most of our products can be shipped within 1-2 business days after you place an order. The shipping speed depends on the service that you choose at check out. An estimate of delivery date will be provided but not guaranteed. If you experience an unusually long-time wait, please contact us and we will be happy to work with the shipping company for you.
International Shipping
Buyer is responsible for custom and tax (VAT) charge in their country. There will be no refund if the package will be send back without paying tax charges in your country or if the package will be destroyed by customs.
Returns Policy
We accept return or exchange of unworn products. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You'll be responsible for the return shipping. However, if the return is a result of our error (an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will send you a label for return or exchange (except international shipping).
The following items can't be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Earrings
Once we receive your return/exchange item in its original condition, we will issue a refund.
